Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website and the enquiry form on it. It explains what we collect, why, where it goes and how to get it back.

Last updated 30 August 2026.

Who we are

Pipeline Management operates this website from Sydney, Australia. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What the enquiry form collects

When you submit the form on our contact page, we receive:

  • your name and mobile number, which are required so we can call you back;
  • your business name, trade and suburb, if you choose to give them;
  • anything you write in the message field;
  • the page you were on when you submitted the form.

We ask for these because we need them to answer your enquiry. Please leave a field blank rather than putting something inaccurate in it.

What we do with it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to talk with you about whether we are a good fit for your business. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are saved in a database hosted by Supabase and are also sent to us as an email notification through Resend. Both are service providers acting on our instructions. Their servers may sit outside Australia, which means your information may be stored overseas.

What the website collects on its own

Aside from the form, this site loads a small number of third-party services:

  • Google Analytics, which records pages viewed and rough location so we can see how the site is used;
  • Meta Pixel, which tells Facebook and Instagram that a visit happened, so our advertising reaches relevant people;
  • CallRail, which shows a tracking phone number and records which marketing brought a caller to us;
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is being filled in by a person rather than a bot.

These services set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work, though the form may refuse a submission if the spam check cannot run.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may still need them for the conversation you started, and for any period the law requires us to keep business records. When neither applies any more, we delete them.

Getting a copy, correcting it, or having it deleted

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to fix something wrong, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the contact page and tell us what you need. We will respond within a reasonable time and we will not charge you for asking.

If you are unhappy with how we handled it

Tell us first and we will try to sort it out. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
